Hi everyone — It’s High School Conference Season!! This year our theme is Studio Ghibli: Embracing Wonder. Studio Ghibli films have been impactful for millions not only for their incredible animation style, but for their themes of resilience, bravery, empathy, and humanity. The characters in these films face such terrifying and unique experiences, yet they survive and thrive through their unwavering belief in themselves and who they are. College is new and different from anything else in the world. This year, we implore you all to follow the Chihiros, Ponyos, and even Jijis to embrace this world with a sense of wonder and excitement. Join us for a full day (9:30 AM to 7 PM) of education, self-exploration, and fun!

SOAR (Student Outreach and Academic Resources) Board is Samahan’s auxiliary striving to provide Samahan members with the resources to succeed both as students and people. This just in, SOAR Board’s Study Sessions are BACK! Starting this Monday, November 18th, SOAR Board will be hosting Study Sessions for the rest of the semester. Bring your friends, get some studying done, and unwind with SOAR.

DARES is our ongoing fundraiser where you can donate to see our E-board members complete silly tasks. Each board member has a list of 3 basic, 2 moderate, and 1 ULTIMATE dare, ranging from different prices. If we hit our fundraising goal of $500, Mayari Board will be doing a 24-hour Denny’s challenge!! If you want to see us eat away at stacks of pancakes and more, make sure to check out our dares!

Hi everyone! It’s your FACN 40 Dance Directors Aiden and Anya, along with your CoCo’s Justin and Jansen here to announce that our Dance Head Applications are open!

Dance heads are selected by the dance directors to choreograph and teach the dances within the production. Working alongside the dance directors and FACN board, dance heads help manage the dance discipline through leading practices and managing logistics. Being a dance head is a wonderful opportunity and experience to get involved in FACN. Deadline to apply is Sunday, November 23rd, @ 11:59pm, and interviews will take place the days leading up to Thanksgiving break. We look forward to dancing with you all soon!
