Welcome back to Samahan for the Spring 2025 semester — Mayari Board is so happy to see new and old faces come into our space. We’ve got a running start with our upcoming events and plans, you don’t wanna miss out!

AB Samahan is honored to present our annual Filipino American Culture Night (FACN), a production showcasing the rich experiences and traditions that encompass being Filipino-American. 𐦂𖨆𐀪𖠋 KASAMA FORMS ARE NOW OPEN!
THE TIME HAS COME ONCE AGAIN — OUR KASAMA PROGRAM FORMS ARE OPEN FOR SPRING 2025!!!
The Kasama Program is AB Samahan’s FREE mentorship program that provides students in any year, major, and background with the opportunity connect with a mentor. These mentor and mentee pairings allow you to connect with other students on campus, gain personal advice, and get out what you put in!
Make sure you are applying for the correct form! The form will close on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH @ 11:59 PM and this is a HARD DEADLINE! Please fill it out on time and don't miss out on such an amazing opportunity.
Looking for your future mentor or mentee? Join our Social Activities Coordinator, LENI, in the Legacy Suite of the Student Union on Friday, February 7th, from 4 to 6 PM to make some free flower bouquets at our first social of the semester while supplies last!

Get Your Samahal Grams! 𑁍ࠬܓ
Roses are red, the sky is blue, here’s a Samahal gram for you! Buy some handmade crochet roses for your friends, partners, or situationships as a part of our Samahal grams fundraiser. Each flower is $5 and $3 for each additional flower ordered; they also come with candy and stickers! The last day to order flowers is Friday, February 8th.

Bridge the Gap is a non-profit organization striving to create a stronger, more connected FIlipino-American community through preserving our representation. Come support them in their first “GIVE BACK” fundraiser with SnoIce on February 6th and check out their events leading up to their festival, BTGFEST!
With the increase in Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids in San Diego, it is imperative to understand your rights regardless of your immigration status. Offered here are resources from SDSU’s Undocumented Resource Center to stay informed. Please share with your loved ones and the communities around you.
