Filo-Field Day Reminders

Great job to everyone who has been coming out to Field Day and Roll Call practices — let’s work hard so we can defend our title as reigning champs!

  • Make sure to join the BAND if you have not already, ONLY if you have previously filled out the commitment form already.

  • Registration payment prices will be released soon! Please stay tuned and check the BAND for updates

  • As reiterated by Daniel throughout this week, attendance is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT from this point onwards. Conflicts with scheduling should be communicated in advance with your Games Coaches and Roll Call Leads as needed.

  • Samahike will be this Saturday, September 27th @Torrey Pines Beach Trail! Look out for the Instagram post this week for further information!

HATAW BOARD APPLICATIONS are due tonight!

Hello!! It’s your ‘25-‘26 CoCo’s Chris and Kassidy and our HATAW Board Phase 1.5 Applications are officially OUT!!!! Keep a look out for our Phase 2 and 3 applications which will be posted within the next couple of months ;)

If you have experience or simply just enjoy managing social media, capturing memories through videography and editing, taking photos, or educating others about the arts, PLEASEEEEE don’t hesitate to apply or reach out to ask about how you can get involved!!

Kasama Orientation!

HEY SAMA-HOMIES!

It’s almost time to kick off the Kasama Program but before we dive in, we’re hosting mandatory orientations for BOTH mentors & mentees!

These sessions will cover everything you need to know about the program, your role, and how to make the most out of your Kasama experience.
